Kristin helped us to find our home, not just a house. She has a good sense of people and what appeals to them. Kristin gives good options from which to choose, sound advice for making an offer and was excellent at making sure we were happy with our home. She was exactly as aggressive as she needed to be to get us showings and for negotiations without being off-putting. Additionally we never felt like just another client with Kristin. She is so personable and friendly; she makes connections with people so they can make connections with their new home. We are so happy to have our new home but at the same time a bit sad that will not be continuing to work with Kristin. She is good at her job so we will see her less!
