Kristin grew up in Stamford, later lived in Norwalk and Fairfield, and has called Trumbull home for the past 25 years settling right on Pinewood Lake. That path through the county gives her a firsthand feel for the communities and lifestyles that make up Fairfield and New Haven Counties, not just a working knowledge of them.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Connecticut and spent the early part of her career in enterprise sales, selling marketing technology. That background shows up directly in how she markets homes today: she treats an MLS listing as the starting point, not the finish line, building each campaign around professional photography, video, staging, thoughtful design, social media, and digital advertising all in service of a story that gets a property in front of the right buyers.

When I start working with my clients, I put together a very focused marketing and action plan. Each client will need a customized and personal approach that requires a lot of attention to detail. Scenarios that may include: First time homebuyers, buying new construction, upgrading, expanding, second homes, leaving NYC for a life in the suburbs, downsizing, and investment properties. Having been a realtor for many years, I also bring a list of trusted partners to each transaction on a needed basis that may include co-realtors, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, and mortgage brokers. Searching for a home online can be difficult. There are many places to start from Zillow to Realtor, Homesnap, brokerage websites etc. When working with me, I will set you up on auto emails so that you will be notified directly from the Smart MLS, Inc. as new properties become available.
We will also give you access to a personalized portal that is linked to the Smart MLS so that you can do searches on your own as needed. In addition to the auto emails, We will review the market multiple times a day and will text you homes that you may have not seen that meet your criteria. Then we will set up an appointment based on your availability to see the home. ‘
